Returns Policy

At every stage Natural Health International is dedicated to being an industry leader. GMP certification of our manufacturing and packaging facilities, USDA organic certification of all processes, full clinical trials including pharmacology, products that are free from chemicals, solvents, excipients or preservatives, all demonstrate our commitment to our products and this commitment extends to our customer service.

We value each and every customer! Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why every item we sell has been tested and inspected at several points along the supply chain before it's shipped to you.

If you have not achieved improvements in the area of health related to the product you purchased within 45 days of purchase, you may return the item for replacement or credit. But if you wish to return a product we ask that you work with us to ensure a smooth process:

  • Unopened product must not be damaged or broken and must be in the condition in which it was received (does not included open 45-day portion).
  • No more than three boxes returned for refund.
  • Please call for a return notification number (RNN) prior to sending product back and place the RNN on the outside of package.
  • Return the product within 7 days of receipt of the RNN.
  • Refund will not include original shipping or return shipping costs. No CODs accepted.
  • Merchandise must be sent by either UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and insurance for full purchase price.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected we will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) plus sales tax (original shipping is not refunded).
  • Purchasers of Femenessence are required to complete in full the NHI Wellness Menopause Assessment prior to starting the product and at 30 and 45 day intervals after starting the product, prior to calling for a RNN.
